About Me

I should really start off by saying hello and thank you for taking time out to read some,
if not all, of my poetry.
I live in Leeds in the UK and I’ve been writing poetry since March 2007.

My friends who have read my poetry have all said it’s dark and depressing. I’m not sure if I’d go that far,
but what I would say is that it is an acquired taste.
But i suppose all poetry is; some people can connect to it fully or partially, some people just think its nonsense.
I’ll let you make your own mind up about what i have written.
If you leave a comment (and I hope you do) please try to be constructive with any criticism, don’t just flame me and call me an idiot.
We all have different opinions on what’s good or bad, what’s art or what we think is rubbish, so read with an open mind and tell me what you think.
I write about everyday life and how it makes me feel: people I love, people I hate, things I’ve done and the things I’ve seen.
If you can connect to it in your own way that’s cool, but if you can’t connect to it at all and you want me to explain myself then get in touch.
